It's a newly opened Office of Esaf Bank in Aluva. Earlier it was in Subjail Road Aluva. This new Office is beautifully designed and located in a visibly prime location. The Indian Bank of Aluva functions on the first floor of the same building. Just opposite to this bank is Kotak Mahindra Bank.
